About the B.Pharm programme
B.Pharm is the industry-facing pharmacy degree. Where D.Pharm focuses on dispensing practice, B.Pharm goes deep into pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, biopharmaceutics, quality assurance and drug regulation — the knowledge base the Indian pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D sector hires from.
Our programme runs across eight semesters with mandatory industry internships, a final-year research project, and access to instrumented laboratories including UV-Visible spectrophotometry, dissolution apparatus, tablet machines and analytical balance suites.
India is the pharmacy of the world, and B.Pharm graduates are recruited into manufacturing, quality control, regulatory affairs, clinical research, medical writing, pharmacovigilance and product management. You may also proceed to M.Pharm, MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, or an overseas Master's route.
Affiliated to State Technical / Health Sciences University. Approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
